About these terms
These terms apply to this website and to estimates requested through it. By using the site or requesting an estimate you agree to what follows. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What we do
USACOMPU A PLUS CORP, doing business as USAcompuA+ Corp, sells, installs and services security camera systems for homes and businesses in Miami-Dade and Broward County, Florida.
Estimates and pricing
Package prices shown on this site include professional installation of the equipment listed in that package under normal conditions. They are a starting point, not a binding quote.
Final pricing depends on what a technician finds on site — cable runs, wall and ceiling construction, distance from the recorder, power availability, mounting height and similar conditions. Anything outside the listed package is quoted separately and in writing before work begins.
We do not begin an installation until you have approved a written scope.
Appointments
On-site estimates are free and carry no obligation. If you need to reschedule or cancel, contact us as early as you can so we can offer the slot to someone else. We may reschedule if weather or site access makes an appointment unsafe or impractical.
Equipment warranty
Equipment we supply carries a three-year manufacturer warranty against defects, as stated in the package you purchase. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, tampering, accident, power surges, weather events, or work performed by anyone other than us.
Warranty service covers the equipment itself. Labor terms are set out in your written scope.
What a camera system can and cannot do
A camera system records and deters. It cannot guarantee that a crime will not happen, and it is not a monitored alarm service unless you have separately purchased one. Recording quality depends on lighting, camera placement, network conditions and available storage.
You are responsible for how you use your system, including telling people when recording takes place where the law requires it, and for complying with Florida law on recording audio.
Your account and content
Recorded footage is stored on equipment at your property. We do not access or retain your footage except when you ask us to for support, and only for as long as that support requires.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, our liability arising out of the sale, installation or service of a system is limited to the amount you paid us for that system. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of property, business interruption or lost revenue.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Text, images, logos and layout on this site belong to USAcompuA+ Corp or the brands we carry, and may not be copied or reused without permission. We work to keep the site accurate but do not warrant that every detail is free of error.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts serving Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
